About

Michael Scalabrino is an Artist, Teacher, Composer, Producer, and Guitar player.

​

Born in New York, Michael grew up in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and went on to study at Berklee College of Music after being awarded a scholarship. There he studied Contemporary Writing and Production as well as Guitar Performance. He has played at New York venues such as Rockwood Music Hall, The Bitter End, and the Mercury Lounge with artists such as Country Star Nick Deleo, The Noah Chenfeld Band, and Dirty Butter. Michael has also played with many wedding bands on the east and west coast. Michael has also performed on live tv accompanying pop Artist Odillia from The Netherlands on CBS and NBC.

Michael has had the chance to work with and study under people such as, Mark Robertson (Ahmir), Geoffrey Keezer, Marty Walsh  (Supertramp, Eddie Money), Alain Mallet (Paul Simon, Sting), Mike Pope (Chick Corea), Bill Plummer (who played with Miles Davis)  Jon Finn, Andrea Pejrolo (Berklee CWP chair).
